Trucks drive all over: the city, rural communities, the open highway and urban streets. Whenever a truck has to go somewhere, there is always a demand for a driver to take it there. Currently, the trucking industry employs more than 3 million drivers and numerous support personnel like truck shipping and receiving, schedulers, and dispatchers. While other industries continue to struggle in the current economic funk, the number of trucking companies looking to hire drivers is expected to rise in the coming years.
